July 2026

A new role-based Permission Sets system, unified filtering and JSON support across Records and Data Studio, and major journey-builder upgrades.

Published Jul 31, 2026

Features

  • New Permission Sets system: replaced the old user-management screens with granular, role-based access control — dedicated Access and Users editors, one-click add/remove of users, confirmation before removing someone, and each user’s role now shown in their account menu.
  • JSON and array data support in Records and Data Studio: preview JSON values, build columns and filters from nested JSON fields, and explore a field’s structure directly from the column picker.
  • Unified filtering across Records and Data Studio: one shared advanced filter builder, new “is empty / is not empty” quick filters, and friendlier date filter labels (e.g., “before/after” instead of raw operators).
  • Records view improvements: overflowing saved-view tabs now collapse into a “More” menu, a pinned read-only “All” view was added, tabs can be drag-reordered, and Ctrl/Cmd-click opens a record in a new tab.
  • Journey/flow builder upgrades: copy-and-paste for nodes and connections, delete confirmations, enforcement of a single start node, and a searchable picker for inserting new steps, along with better tooltips and accessibility labeling throughout.
  • Expanded “Previous Period” comparison: the comparison date picker is now available on more dashboards, with a persistent, unified date range.
  • Account, account group, and property management: added activate/deactivate controls, edit/delete flows, and a new property status column.
  • New Array property type in the data model, with selectable item types.
  • Facebook Pixel setup recommendations now surface directly in segment creation/editing, with a one-click “Add Facebook” action.
  • Audiences: the List Members table was upgraded and pinned to the viewport for easier scanning while scrolling.
  • Sales Performance dashboard: added Lead Type and Lead Category filters.
  • Two new email templates added.
  • Data Studio can now start a new data set directly from a data model object.

Performance

  • Permission Sets now saves only the permissions that actually changed, making saves noticeably faster.
  • Property lists refresh in parallel after edits instead of reloading sequentially.
  • Inventory checks during onboarding now run a lighter, faster query.
  • Account and property lists no longer flash false error messages when a request is cancelled mid-fetch.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed automated emails losing or misapplying the selected audience, sender, and send-frequency when editing an existing campaign.
  • Fixed newly added images not showing up in the email editor preview, plus several image-selection and editor layout glitches (scrolling, resizing, sidebar behavior).
  • Fixed the “Previous Period” comparison dropdown showing a duplicate entry.
  • Fixed breadcrumb menus clipping long names and showing a stray box around the dropdown arrow.
  • Fixed account/property switching sometimes landing on the wrong page or getting stuck.
  • Fixed a mobile navigation bug where menu flyouts responded incorrectly to clicks; mobile navigation behavior was unified.
  • Fixed the journey/flow builder allowing invalid connections (self-loops, duplicate links) and occasionally losing branch or transition data when steps were edited, deleted, or reconnected.
  • Fixed filters silently dropping certain conditions, including case-insensitive matching.
  • Fixed chart legends being overlapped by the chart itself on donut charts.
  • Fixed column search “select all / clear all” affecting columns outside the current search.
  • Fixed CSV exports not matching what’s shown on screen for the customer list and inventory dashboards.
  • Fixed number and currency formatting errors on Meta Campaigns and related report tables.
  • Fixed incorrect default navigation for Meta Audiences.
  • Fixed incorrect permissions occasionally appearing immediately after login.
