February 2026

A new guided account setup wizard, faster account and property switching, expanded Meta Ads reporting, and an important shopper-profile privacy fix.

Published Feb 28, 2026

Features

  • New guided account setup wizard — new accounts are now walked through a step-by-step “Get Live” flow covering property setup, inventory, Google Ads and Meta connections, lead source connection, inviting teammates, and a final review, with clear progress/loading and confirmation/error states at each step. A “Get Started” prompt now greets new accounts that haven’t set up a property yet.
  • Meta Ads reporting now includes Impressions and CPM across the Ads, Ad Sets, and Campaigns tables.
  • Clearer Google Ads connection experience — the “active” toggle is hidden until an account is actually connected to Google Ads, and connection errors (e.g., invalid customer ID) now show specific, actionable messages instead of a generic failure.
  • More flexible property/vendor setup — admins can pick a website vendor from a provided list or type in a custom name when choosing “Other.”
  • Improved dropdown/select experience across the app — better keyboard navigation, search, and multi-select behavior, plus consistent focus styling on inputs and buttons for better accessibility.
  • Pagination added to ad hoc email reporting tables, making large report lists easier to browse.
  • User Details page now has the same quick actions (edit, deactivate, etc.) previously only available from the Users list.
  • Account groups can now be marked as “primary” via a new checkbox when creating a group.
  • Sign-in/sign-up improvements — browser password-manager autofill now correctly fills and carries through on sign-in and “set password” screens, and a “return to sign up” link was added to the sign-in screen.
  • Admin-only account fields (Account Executive, HubSpot fields, QuickBooks ID) are now restricted to admin users in Account/Dealership settings.
  • More precise audience/segment rule filtering with support for integer-based match types.

Performance

  • Faster, smoother account/property switching — switching no longer forces a full page remount; navigation now updates in place based on the selected account/property, removing the previous delay and flash.
  • Fixed intermittent missing rows in customer origin/integration data by hardening the underlying data cache.
  • More reliable segment analysis loading — pages now wait for all underlying data requests to complete before rendering results, preventing partial/incomplete views.

Bug Fixes

  • Privacy fix: shopper profile pages could show personally identifiable information (name, email, phone) even when data-shield/PII masking was enabled; this is now properly masked.
  • Fixed the dashboard incorrectly redirecting users into an account that has no property configured.
  • Fixed broken campaign analytics and source/medium analytics pages that were displaying incorrect data.
  • Fixed account navigation breaking when the URL contained an invalid or missing property ID.
  • Fixed monthly customer count and close-rate charts trimming an extra month of valid data.
  • Fixed numbers incorrectly displaying trailing “.00” decimals instead of clean whole numbers.
  • Fixed the campaign edit modal not pre-filling the campaign name and mailing list fields.
  • Fixed a date column appearing truncated in email campaign performance reports, and fixed mixed letter/number values being cut off in automated email reports.
  • Fixed the account/property switcher not automatically selecting an account’s primary property.
  • Fixed extra-small buttons rendering with no padding.
  • Fixed a too-narrow “Name” column cutting off entries in syndicated audience lists.
  • Fixed dealership address autofill overwriting a manually-entered dealership name.
  • Fixed sign-up incorrectly redirecting away from the page when an error occurred, instead of showing the user the error.
  • Fixed the sign-in and password-creation screens briefly showing the app’s side menu and header before login completed.
  • Fixed dealership city field not correctly handling all the ways Google Places can format a city name.
